Physical trainer

With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from INEFC in Barcelona, he has been working as a physical trainer in various sports disciplines for 20 years, with both professional and amateur athletes.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences from INEFC in Barcelona, he has been working as a physical trainer in various sports disciplines for 20 years, with both professional and amateur athletes.

He has worked with professional football teams, as well as tennis players and golfers.

Among his other qualifications, he holds a Master’s in High-Performance in Team Sports, a Master’s in Sports Physiology, an International Certification in Nutrition, Supplementation, Hydration, and Applied Physiology for sports performance, in addition to being a specialist in Strength Training for Injury Prevention, Functional Rehabilitation, and Sports Physical Conditioning.

Sergio García’s father and coach. Victor, has been able to transmit his knowledge to Sergio and many other players of the highest level.

More than two decades devoted to teaching. He has worked closely with Víctor García in recent years at Mediterraneo Golf (Sergio García’s Home Course).
