Official practice round free of charge on September 26^th. Practice tee times must be requested via telephone or email to Mediterraneo Golf (competicion@mediterraneogolf.com) once the list of participants has been published.

Entries must be submitted online at Sergio Garcia Golf Academy´s website, here.

Entries must be submitted by 23:59 hours of September 22^th 2024. The official exact handicap to make the list of accepted players will be listed in the database of the R.F.E.G. at 10:00 hours of September 23^th 2024 (For Foreign Players, the official exact handicap used for all purposes will be the certified handicap at date of entry for their National Golf Federation).

The list of accepted players will be published at the Sergio Garcia Golf Academy website (www.sggolfacademy.com) from the day after the closing date.  Any claims must be submitted within the next 24 hours after the list of participants is published. After this period, no claim will be taken and the lists will be considered definitively closed.

Note: It is the players’ responsibility to ensure that their registration is processed correctly and, once the participant lists are published, to confirm if they have been admitted.

If any registered player cannot participate for any reason, they must notify it by phone (+34 964321227) or in writing to the email of the Sergio Garcia Golf Academy (info@sggolfacademy.com), before 14:00 hours the day before the start of the Championship. Whoever fails to comply with this requirement will not be able to take part in the next edition of this event. In addition, you will be obliged to pay the registration fee.

Exact handicap limit: 11,4

Tee boxes: from White / Blue markers or from those stipulated by the Committee.

The registration of players will be made at the hosting Club. Players must register before 14:00 hours on the day before the Championship in the tournament office. Place may be forfeited by a competitor from whom no word has been received by the above date.

Entry Fees: 200,00 € must be paid online at www.sggolfacademy.com at the time of the online entry (The entry fee includes: 1 Adidas hat, 1 Adidas polo, 1 dozen Taylor Made balls, 1 practice round, 3 competition rounds, water and fruit the days of the competition).

(This fee includes the temporary license required by the RFEG Statutes and the insurance attached to the license, subscribed by the Regional Federation where the competition takes place)

The Club has a limited availability of electric cars. Interested players must make their reservation before the start of the Championship directly with Mediterraneo Golf before September 22^th (email: competicion@mediterraneogolf.com)

• Trolleys (50 units): 5 €

The player is responsible for complying with the Dress Code of the Club where the competition is held or, failing that, for wearing appropriate clothing.

All players are subject to the provisions of the International Golf Federation’s Anti-Doping Policy. Details of the Policy and the current List of Prohibited Substances and Methods are available from the International Golf Federation’s website (www.igfgolf.org). Players who are taking medication and in doubt as to their clinical status should seek advice from the IGF knowing that, should a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) be required this must be submitted to the IGF not later than 30 days before the start of the Championship.
